chrome://plugins is disabled with the new update of google. You can use chrome://components

It worked! I had to get to step 4 but it worked! I am tired of paying other people to fix my computer (and this problem started happening after I got mine returned from getting the operating system back up and running). Delete Pepperflashplayer & restart Google.

A very big thanks to you, this has been driving me crazy for months I deleted the pepaflash.dll and my problem was solved.

Just reinstall the flash player from adobe website. Worked for me!

I tried all the steps including reinstallation. However, none of them really worked. After I reinstalled Chrome without syncing any of my bookmark, extension etc., the cannot load plugin issue came up again.

I try all method all not work till method 5...and all i do, just delete pepperflash folder, and restart chrome...work like charm for me :3

There is no user data folder in that filepath... No pepperflash, no anything. Useless.

thanks. I was missing the dll. Renamed the "22.xxx" folder and relaunched chrome. problem solved.

Try this: "chrome://settings/content" --> click "Allow sites to run Flash"
Worked for me.
