the most common and also simple calculation say it's around 10% of the building costs. but it depends on your crusing grounds (for insurance) it depends on crew wages. a star chef is more expensive than a normal cook and so on. depends on harbour fees because there are cheaper and more expensive harbours around the world.
but the most common calculation is always ... as long you have to ask about prices, you are possibly not rich enough for such hobby. not always right, but in most cases ;-)

looks like a commercial vessel hull with new superstructure, higher than needed, creating wind catchment. the rest was no different to most other boats this size and price. although not worth 20 million, maybe 13 million
