20241114 Tropical Storm Sara Forms after this Update SISE

Tropical Storm Sara has formed in the Caribbean. This update was produced just minutes prior to NHC upgrading the system. Needless to say this storm poses significant threat for flooding in Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize and Quintana Roo. We are monitoring the storm as it interacts with the Yucatan and then moves into the Gulf of Mexico. The threat for a landfalling hurricane in FL has diminished, thankfully!
