That cartoon was awesome! My buddy and I introduced our kids to it and they loved it as well. There is a live action Brazilian (I think it is Brazilian) car commercial featuring those characters and it is really well done.

Wow, WotC is betting the farm on all this Honor Among Thieves-branded stuff. I apparently need to take a trip to Walmart.

Hair cut? Looks nice.

I've heard a few stories about the D&D cartoon figures like how you'll get a different toy in the box and dice are missing. Some video reviews of those figures also point out weak spots in the articulation with heads and shoulders breaking off. I used to be a big collector of anything from my childhood but I've recently whittled my hoard down to a few pinnacle pieces that really spark my nostalgia. My son got the Dicelings. He wasn't all that impressed either.

Venger and Dungeon Master come as one set to complete wave one….wave two is Eric, Presto and Sheila … releasing this august. The quality is lacking (missed opportunity by not having Mcfarlane design them), but it’s been 40 years since the cartoon so this may be your only opportunity to get them. The Venger/Dungeon Master set is $50 by the way. I’m hoping somewhere down the line we actually do see Mcfarlane versions

Interesting
I would like the figures with dice but they’re too expensive.
I’ve got some funko pops that had Strahd and a beholder that had a d20 with them

Hasbro: I hear you like D&D so I made some D&D actions figures for you to buy. Only $25!

Me: *looks at 3d printer*

Hasbro: No stop! You have to use our products!

The animated series ones have had quality issues from toy collectors with hands and arms breaking when trying to pose them. Sadly it's made me stay away from them, as they do look nice (albeit expensive).

The cartoon ones are cool but way too expensive, and there's no guarantee well actually see all of them get released. The little dice transformers guys are also cool but I'm not sure if they're $15 worth of cool.
