Hey guys! This week's episode is a Soma Breathwork meditation that you can do every morning to start feeling amazing results!! I combine all 3 elements that I teach in my Breathwork 101 Mini Series to get the most impact in a short amount of time.

I walk you through the instructions in the beginning and then the actual breathwork meditation is only about 20 minutes. Short enough to fit into your morning routine and yet packs the most punch!! This is something I do in my personal morning practice and have seen the most results from!
