Whatever they do next I hope they won‘t feel too much pressure to go either way. This kind of massive success is probably awesome and terrifying at the same time

I really can’t wait for their next game. Stray is one of my all time favorites now. I was so empty when it ended.

When my brother showed me this game I was hooked!
I watched dantdm play it over 3 times, I would love a sequel, the lore is just too cool and the ending was quite open!

There are 3 possible ways they can create a new stray game:
1/They do a sequel where the cat goes back down to save the cities from a new threat
2/They make a sequel where the cat has to locate the friends from the start while completing challenges and sidequests along the way
3/They make a game from the perspective of one of the cat's ancestors, where they find out the full backstory of how the city became how it was. At the end, you get fleeting memories of the main cat in Stray 1 being born.

I hope for a sequel to the game but, if you notice during the final cutscene, a little electricty sparks in the bottom right of the screen, which could mean that b12 is still alive and you would see him again in part 2.

1. i'd like to see free jumping. like-- you could jump anytime, anywhere. Cats can do that.
2. different cat skins- maybe fully customizable.
3. longer game.

Absolutely love this game. Wish we could have more at the end in the outdoors meeting our cat friends again. The possibilities are big! Hope more than anything they make another!!!

They would be stupid not to make a Stray part 2 with all the success of the first one.. I’m sure many people would be interested in a second game and they’d make even more money and then move onto a new game

I love Stray and I’ve just played through it again for the third time, only for my game play to end in streaming tears. I hate that B-12 dies 😭😭😭 It’s one of the best single player story driven games I’ve ever played and is definitely my favourite, and I hope they make a second game. But did anyone notice the computer turning on right at the end before it cuts to black? It makes me hopeful that B-12 uploaded himself into the system to survive before his droid body gave up.

finally finished it... :( so emotional I loved it, I get so Immersed into the Environment. . I liked your idea about carrying on from where it left off.. I might have to play it again tomrrow.. i MIssed some of the achievements

I also just got a new steam deck obviously a year after you. Stray was on my list before I even bought the deck. I finished it last night and oh man, I am absolutely head over heels with that story . I would love nothing more than to have a sequel that picks up directly from the end of the first. I want to see our hero reconnect with his buddies and then go on adventures with them
