When Bull breed dogs are raised incorrectly by humans they do become aggressive. It's not fair to the dogs because they don't know they are doing anything wrong. My family own our second Staffordshire bull terrier and we raised them to be obedient so they are friendly with everyone. It's bad owners that should be punished not the dog itself
