On the same LP, there's another gospel flavored track "Give a hand, take a hand". In1974, I got the album as a Xmas Gift. My favorite tracks are the sad "I can't let you go" with his captivating melody and it's so catchy guitar play, the rock song "Down the road" and especially my fav, the very rough and breathtaking banger "Heavy breathing" where Barry lashes out crazily his voice.

Thanks for doing a reaction to this song! I was surprised by it, too, the first time I heard it. From the title, I had assumed it would be an upbeat number about a night of happy lovemaking. That first "Ah" was such a surprise. They sounded like a gospel choir. And then when they go down on later "ah's" instead of up, it sort of matched my surprise about the song subject matter itself, sad rather than happy. i think it's exceptionally beautiful in every way.

Try Alanis Morissette she is from Ottawa Ontario Canada and started in 1991 as a "Pop Dance Singer"  Try these songs for something different,   -TOO HOT -WALK AWAY -FEEL YOUR LOVE -PLASTIC -AN EMOTION AWAY -NO She was then just listed as (Alanis) Only, she did not use her last name.
(There are official videos for all of these songs listed here). Her first two albums were released only in Canada before she switch to "Alternative Rock" and became internationally known throughout the U.S. as well. When she came out with her "Jagged Little Pill" album her first two Pop albums were pulled from the store shelves and are very hard to find now. She does not anymore perform any of the songs from these first two albums.

Alanis was in the 1993 film "Anything for Love" direct-to-video teen comedy film starring Corey Haim and Nicole Eggert. It was aired on television in the United States as "Just One of the Girls". Alanis is uncredited in the movie her song "Feel Your Love" can be heard near the end of the movie, when she and Corey Haim perform the song in concert at school. This film can be found in full to watch on YouTube listed as "Just One Of The Girls".
