Starting my 20 week program. The first four weeks are going to be high reps to condition the muscles and bring up any weak points. I will drop the reps down and increase the weight every 4 weeks. Doing the same thing on all three big lifts. Looking for big gains over the next few months. Goal is to total 1600 in a meet this summer. Todays workout was 315x20 2nd set 315 amrap I got 18 3rd set 225x25 last set 135x30
