How to fix a stuck gas lift bed

Hey, thanks a ton for this video. Absolutely saved us ! Bought a new ottoman bed and had to move it around to make space for fitted furniture guys so removed d mattress, put up the platform to be able to access the corners for lifting and moving. And then tried to close it down and it won't budge. Decided to Google before calling customer service and found your video. Just pressing it down where the piston is from both sides worked like a charm . Panic over . Very grateful for your video.
