Try White Diamond polish, Mothers was my go to until I tried White Diamond, otherwise, nice video

How have they held up without the clear coat on them? Are they still as shiny as when you first polished them?

0000 fine steel wool works great on those center caps. It took off those hazy spots on the inside of the cap where the lugs go

strip clear coat with spray on paint stripper $20 can did 4 OBS ford wheels alcoa aluminum, and wear $17 p95 respirator from Harbor Freight unless you prefer cancer when you're 50
works in about 5 minutes, sometimes a bit longer, up to 40 minutes maybe, keep it wet with stripper or gets gummy, can re-wet and wipe off with paper towels easily.
can use scotch brite pads or orange bags from grocery store to loosen the bits, but really they wipe off, or re-spray and wait 5 m... light scuff with sand paper doesn't hurt, just scuff clear, and the action of the stripper will be faster.

The non methylene chloride formula isn’t as good as the old one. You need to read the TDS for a product, don’t let it dry or the chemical reaction isn’t happening. A solvent doesn’t dissolve something if the solvent has evaporated hence the gumminess and extra work.
