God, this episode was awesome ! I absolutely LOVE this show, and it needed more than the seasons it had; it did have a super ending through, many loose ends tied up with Josh, Sally, Nora and Aiden. Wish I could discover this show all over again !

Poor Aidan. I'd thought Kat would be fascinated by the fact that he was in the Revolutionary War. Though she had a right to be scared the fact that he shared that part of himself with her should have clearly shown her how serious he was about her so I felt that she was a bit on the inconsiderate side. 

It was hard seeing Aidan so heart broken and by a woman who was pretty good for him but this started him on the path to the one he truly belonged with, Sally.

Guess that's why in most vampire and werewolf movies and drama series the protagonist is always alone because when they fall in love with someone they know that sooner or later they have to reveal there secret and sometimes the ones they love can't handle it 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

I feel so sorry for Aiden, but he probably should have tipped Kat off about the vampire thing before the relationship went further - and give her the time and space to process it. I'm not sure if she would have a different reaction then.😮

Aidan had much more badass human girlfriends like Selene. It's such a shame they ended things with Kat like this, in a whiny mess. He deserved better.

I thought this scene was a bit heartbreaking. I wish she could've been a little more...curious? Understanding? Accepting? Cripes, if he wanted to kill her he could've done it already.

This is truly sad and heartbreaking. Love should transcend all boundaries and obstacles. It goes to show that most people are intolerant of others who appear to be different in whatever context. I should know. I was considered different because I used advanced and sophisticated vocabulary at an early age (the kids didn't like that). At the same time, I was odd and eccentric to everyone I met. I understand how Aidan feels. Rejection can crush the human spirit of optimism.
