Two things to consider about Queen.
1. As pointed out by another commenter, Jevil's defeat-by-FIGHTing dialogue implies that Queen is a force to be reckoned with. However, in chapter 2, never once do we see Queen get angry or take anything even remotely seriously. She's always joking, always messing around, and never has any intention to hurt you. Therefore, it can be assumed that if she WAS mad, she would be SUBSTANTIALLY stronger.
2. Even while joking around and not taking things seriously, *Queen wins.* You take her down twice, once in direct combat and once in the mech battle sequence, and she STILL turns it around and gets you on the ropes at the last second. She stopped because Noelle stood up to her and told her to, and she joined your side because she genuinely did not know that what she was doing was bad. Even when she's just joking around, she kicks your ass.
In conclusion, if Queen had found out what you were up to during Snowgrave, yeah, she would've ABSOLUTELY thrashed you. No contest.

this is insane. the blending of each character's leitmotif into the original song makes it seem vengeful, but also mournful and focused, as if Queen knows exactly who she's avenging. i kinda wished sans's battle theme(s) had more of the other undertale leitmotifs

Because taking into consideration what Jevil said about the queen, he treated her as a menacing and powerful being, so Jevil must’ve done something for him to think that, and considering the queen NEVER got angry in ch2, it makes me question… would she be more of a threat if she wasn’t so oblivious?

I feel like this part works so well because it feels like Queen isn't putting on a show anymore. You know who she is and vice versa. The only thing she wants now is to stop you.

This is super cool! Especially the way the motifs blend nicely into eachother here, but I also enjoy a lot the way the instruments give it a more eerie vibe than the official one... In a sense it sounds "colder", and would def fit if we had to fight her in the Snowgrave route
