Fun fact : 2024 there are only 300 American students in China. When I lived in China 20 years ago it was 15 thousand.

Try letting the bottom chopstick rest between your middle finger and thumb knuckle. Then hold the top chopstick like a pencil with the tip of your thumb and index finger.
The top chopstick does most of the work.
Use your thumb and index finger to close the chopsticks with pinching gesture.

im currently in 11th grade in the usa, as a chinese american citizen, so chinese was my first language but because of my lack in everyday use, my chinese has become very broken. I'm planning to study in china at an international highschool for 12th grade. So I'm very excited but also super nervous because I know how much more China prioritizes studies and how much more intense it is. School was never really my thing and I tend to be slow on learning especially math. I'm looking forward to moving to china this summer. Do you have any in general advice?
