The Mandalorian Starfighter should me # 1 on this list because of the Gar Saxon minifigure alone. He is going to go to the moon in value!

Just a warning, to anyone wanting to buy the mandalorian starfighter to invest in, you should think twice since the mandaolorian warrior has been in a lego sw magazine (£4.25 where i live) .Additionally Bo katan kyrze has been leaked to be in a magazine aswell.This will severely damage the value of those minifigures.

You're not wrong about the Armorer's Forge. Since Paz's passing, the sets price and demand has gone through the roof here. Now, you just can't get the set, no matter how much money you got.
