Gyanendra shah never left Nepal, he just went to pokhara and came back to kathmandu. He was residing in Nepal since he left the palace

When King Mahendra was there he saw the laziness of these politicians that they were unable to present Nepal in UN for a long time but after his arrival things took a fast run, they've been saying it is undemocratic but have forgotten that the removal of political parties by him were done in a democratic referendum, also they point out Gyanendra for taking absolute power but remember that 7 years prior to that there was royal massacre where Dipendra was said to be culprit who killed entire royal family but he had gun in his right hand despite being left-handed. The king's approach might be to know the real reason of death because post mortem was cancelled as looking into king's body was not allowed by the sister-in law of queen.
