Those are some nice flights you got there!
Regarding your Soap theorems, we might add another minor one which also could impact performance a little. The surface tension is broken by the soap so the water stream is flowing more smoothly and therefore reducing resistance. Might be a very minor improvement in comparison to the other benefits soap brings but still.
Other thing, why is everyone in Australia, who is building larger water rockets?

A rocket enthusiast here! At 3:32 we can see the exhaust expanding after leaving the nozzle. Could this power be put to use with a bell shaped nozzles much like in real rockets? Just to have a miniscule performance boost?

Great video! I've found that soap usually increases altitude by adding about 1/3 to the flight altitude without soap, however in this video it seems like it raised the apogee even higher than I was expecting! I'm curious about the diameter of nozzle you were using and how much soap you used?
