Good stuff Man. The problem is as I'm sure you have found is the communication with support and the organization of their training material. I'm just trying to get it set up and ran into a 48 hour response time on what I thought was a simple support ticket. Basically, level 1 support askes you what's wrong, tells you something already in their documentation then passes it on to escalation with a 48 hour response time. Do you have a recommendation for someone doing the same thing with better support?

Hi, am a 18 year old boy from Belfast, I started my eBay dropshipping February of this year, and did it up to March, as I add to study for exams, i have passed all the eBay regulations eg (sell 25 products, be on eBay for 90 day and have feedback) I going to start again but I would like to see better results, I used dsm tool and also merchantwords go help me keyword, if there any advice you could I’ve me it would be really great, or I could pay for a 1 to 1 💷??

Hi ecom Tom for the subscription you show here, does it matter with the number of items being checked? For example in your eBay store you items are under 200. What is the highest number of monitored items for this subscription. Right now my subscription is SG Advanced 200 items for 14.99 but the items are checked every 3 hours and to get hourly checks I would have to pay more. So yours sounds like a better deal. I just never paid attention to my credits. In fact I checked them after this video. But can you talk more about credits? Thanks

I find Sku grid to confusing and their support to be very weak...tutorials and videos are based off older versions of the software. There s very little support when i used chat on how to just get my store setup and linked properly. Can you do a video on how to setup a store properly in sku grid...I currently use AutoDS and it was simple to setup and use

Hi, we use SKUgrid to track the inventory from our Shopify store. But it seems like the inventory of the products that we dropship from amazon isn't accurate. SKUgrid says that it is 'out of stock' but when we look at our supplier's product page it is 'In stock'. How can we fix this? Hope someone can help ☺

Also, if I not dropshipp from amazon, do I still need the check every 3 hours as the other supplier are "calm" regarding the prices and stock

So it does 2 things, you can upload/list to eBay or other platforms plus it keeps an eye on the fluctuating prices and stock levels... is this corrects

SKUgrid is quality I’ve just switched over today from DSM Tool.

Main reason is SKUgrid supports tons of suppliers unlike DSM + it’s cheaper as well happy days 🙌🙌🙌

I'd like to use the "OrderDash" Service that is included with my SkuGrid Subscription, but it seems that OrderDash only works through API. There's a way I can use it but non-API?

If not, how can I see an orders dashboard of all my orders in one place?.
