not lowering settings on a 3080, but i tried the cache and it worked for a while. Issue came back again so no trying the cmd prompt will update if it comes again. Just started having this issues like a month back was pissed off thinking it was my mouse, but it wouldnt have the same issue on other applications. lets hope this works
