Vegans always talk about studies and science but completely ignore it if it goes against their fairy tale beliefs

I read a story once about cows in India found a dumpster behind restaurants filled with a bunch of scraps and animal products. They were eating them very happily. The townspeople decided they shouldn't be eating it and relocated the cows. The cows found their way back behind that restaurant to eat the animal product that was in the garbage. Even herbivores are opportunist

You are absolutely correct, because science! And there is not one biochemist that could refute your information.

I'm in the middle of "Apocalypse Never" by Schellenberger and he's getting ready to dump on veganism. I'll probably post the juicy tidbits soon

Great explanation of some basic stuff which oddly, very few seem to know. Looking forward to Part 2.

Any thoughts on raw milk? Trying to include it slowly in my diet.

Love the new series! You are ABSOLUTELY 100% on the money. Our digestive system is too short for being an herbivore & for those vegans that think we are frugivores, well...someone give them a biology book or something as we arent like monkeys, but more like pigs or dogs in how our insides work. 🙄 But, leave it to vegans to make things up as they go!🇺🇲🙏🗽✌💙

Bro, if you want to know how a vegan feels. Ask a variety of vegans. This is called straw-manning, you're in the middle of the woods imagining and misrepresenting what this ideal / stereotypical vegan would be like. I don't hate humanity, I hate the atrocities inflicted upon animals. "Don't hate the sinner, hate the sin". Most of us were born into this, conditioned, and ate meat ourselves. Calling a philosophy a cult is just a poor attempt to dismiss an objective reality. When the abolitionist movement was gaining momentum, slave owners called them the opposition a cult / misanthropes for denying them the ability to continue to exploit humans. And today the same goes for animals exploited for meat, fur, leather, animal testing, entertainment... We kill over 80 billion land animals and 2.3 trillion fish ever year due to consumer driven demand. This doesn't even include the male chicks macerated, viel calfs shot, bi-catch, or non-conventional animals.

I'm from India, and our country is one of the most populated places in the world (low mortality and high reproductive success), and the only difference between a vegetarian diet, and a vegan diet is having to cut dairy, switch to soy / oat milk, and supplement B12. Most man made B12, ~90% is already fed directly to ruminants / farmed animals due to extremely poor gut flora (from being pumped with antibiotics), or for having being raised indoors and on concrete. B12 exclusively comes from a kind of bacteria in the soil that feeds on cobalt. You say we deny science, but the largest nutrition body, the "American Association of Nutrition and Dietetics" endorses "a well planned' vegan diet (ie; whole foods centered) as "nutritionally adequate for all stages of life, from infancy, pregnancy, up to old age". It's meat eaters that put us at risk for zoonotic disease ASF, SARS, MERS, H1N1, avian influenza, swine flu, Covid19 (animal testing). It's dairy drinkers that also deny that human babies nurse for only 1-3 years after which mothers 'dry out', and the ability do digest lactose declines drastically (developing a gain of function mutation in the entire population can take up to 1M years). Not a single adult mammal in nature breast feeds past the nursing period. But you support artificially impregnating another bovine mammal, and drinking her secretions, and shooting or re-exploiting the calf. You're not walking your talk on 'science'.

Vegans also don't get cardio vascular disease, LDL cholesterol, type II diabetes, ischemia / strokes, and have a lower risk of all cause mortality. This is facts. You can be prejudiced towards vegans, but how you feel about a vegans doesn't get to rewrite certain objective truths (mortality studies on 7th day Adventists and recent 2023 paper). We need the nutrients, the amino acids / BCAAs, the healthy fats, the minerals, all of which can be obtained from plants (except B12). You can check this yourself in 5 minutes by punching some lentils, legumes, grain, nuts, seeds, grain, fruits, and veggies in Cronometer which uses attested data from certified nutritional bodies (with ~0-1% margin of error (it'll be listed)). I track and hit these daily as a vegan of 7 years, and hit 1.6g/kg of protein for body building. You talk about lacking "certain nutrients" in your other videos, yet do not name them.

Calling us misanthropes, or a cult, is just a straw man fallacy, to make it easier for you to dismiss the evidence without a fair evaluation.

P.s. We don't eat grass like ruminants btw. I eat bean tacos, bean burritos, pastas, hearty curries, rice bowls, noodle bowls, stir fries, sandwiches, icecreams, puddings, coffee, smoothies, fruits, vegetables, wholefoods etc...

Could you emagin going back in time and telling a Native American he shouldn't eat meat? 😂

Well, we are frugivores. But a herbivorous diet is much closer to our natural diet and has the preponderance of evidence on its side. Not that vegans bear the burden of proof, but they have it anyway.
