Fishing River Waterfall for ANYTHING That Bites!

I went fishing at a waterfall on the river! I fished for anything that would bite. I caught several different species of fish. This was one of the coolest fishing spots I've ever been to. I had been wanting to fish here for several years and I was finally able to make it happen. I had a blast fishing this river waterfall!

Oh yeah,
a nicely well job done on catching these species of fish.
To be honest, I don't think you shouldn't get down that deep.
Don't want to see you get snagged on the bottom of the rocks. in this area you should be using Berkey power bait crayfish jigs or power minnow jigs are even some feather jigs here.

Beautiful location! Not sure how you avoid snags? I would have lost 3 lures in first 5 minutes and gave up....or just sat and watched the waterfalls.

Not far upstream from those falls is a boat ramp on the right side. We saw 20+ small mouth thrown out that died there at that ramp....they were HUGE Smallies. We though maybe the game warden caught some one and made them throw them back but they died.
