Recast during cc was absurd to begin with. What's the point of cc if it doesn't affect whether she lands her skills.

Riot Making her passive 4 stacks just doubled down on the issue where irelia runs u down without counter play after e land.

There are more changes, but not all were visually noticeable. Changes are: Q speed reduced, W more dmg reduction and now magic dmg reduction, e missle speed now fixed instead of based on distance, R gives CD to Q now.

Irelia's changes in PC is like having to transport the mobile one to the PC they're almost the same in Wild Rift, 4 stacks and cannot recast her E while CC'ed. Yep, this is the real "Better Nerf Irelia" meme

Won't this just be a revert? At release(rework) she had 4 stack passive and W reduced both physical and magic dmg. Now all we're missing is R disarming ppl again and we are back to square one

I think the e change is not needed nor is the stack change why make her main problem better when she's running you down with auto attacks
