That is exactly why I fired my attorney! Fortunately right after his request was denied! He was not entitled to a cent. I filed an appeal because he neglected to respond. When I contacted him, he had no clue, even though the VA sent him a copy. I did it all on my own, researching previous court cases that were related to mine, and studied title 38 CFR's, used medical notes that directly supported title 38 CFR's. I'm 100% today.
