When this scene took place Trevor had never seen Jon and Martin in the same room, it had been at least a few months (No one even knows how time works in the Eyepocalypse) and several traumas since he'd seen Jon, and after following them for just ten minutes he went "Yeah they're a couple"

I love the “mhm” frame because it somehow manages to be very smug and very concerned, simultaneously

Person give John a hard time for that, but he was trying his best. He couldn't have told Martin the plan while they were being stalked, otherwise Trevor would hear. He tried to walk slowly and draw attention, hoping Trevor would go for him instead of Martin, and he probably had to come up with the plan on the fly, considering he can't see the future and likely wasn't looking for Trevor and didn't know he was there before he was close

On the one hand, your Jon design and the way he holds Martin's face (and then also the way Martin's hands settle on his wrists) are both so lovely. Contrast this to the little gagging sound Martin makes as Trevor puts the knife to his throat and how Jon is prolly getting flashbacks to when a Hunter took HIM into the woods and held a knife to his throat, telling him not to speak.

The “do you trust me” exchange has the same vibe as that one incorrect quote and that’s hilarious to me.
