Titan's Loss of Communication 200m above Titanic was Expected

OceanGate Titan's decent to the Titanic wreck site lost communication about 200m from the bottom. This is about the same time Titan is expected to drop ballast to slow decent. Communication loss is not uncommon with the Titan at this point in the dive and did not cause alarm to the support team topside.
