Listen, everyone, this is just a book trailer. The images are all lifted from existing media (TV, film, documentaries, print articles) in order to communicate the basic plot of the book. They're not trying to suggest that the 'Baltic anomaly' is somehow connected, it's just an image they're using to communicate an idea. That's it, nothing more. Book trailers, by nature, it seems, have sketchy production value. High impact for minimal dollars.

Hopefully, a lot of people read this book! :D

This, along with Domain, is my favorite book so far of Steve Alten. Love the connections to Dr. Greer.

Very good read. I encourage anyone interested in alternative technologies/knowledge into the occult, esoteric and spiritual aspects of the universe to read Vostok. Undoubtedly the most interesting book I've read in the last couple of years. Thanks for all your hard work Steve.

The photo of 1:22 is an artist interpretation of something found in the Baltic sea. i don't know why they are saying it is from Antarctica.

There's no link in amazon.co.uk to purchase this? Does anyone know when this will be available in UK and how much for the kindle version? Ta.

This book is a gift from God, delivered to is by the hands of a great man. It has completely changed my perspective of the observable universe.

My husband is reading "Vostok" as i'am writing this. He tells me that so far its amazing. To him the trailer tells "some" truth to the book to what they find in the Lake.

My copy came yesterday. I started it today. This book is really hard to put down, once you start it! The author calls it "faction", a combination of fact and fiction.

Yes I am sure this story is going to share great truth, as many people already know. I agree with John The trailer is bad, cheesy. The music is terrible. The Trailer makes the book sound like it is a joke. Can someone fix that this is very important to the Disclosure Project and Steven Greer's credibility. Thank you CSETI member.

What is this trailer? Was that the spinosaurus attack from Jurassic Park 3? A scene from one of the Lake Placid Syfy crap spinoffs, and the picture of what might be an ancient spacecraft that every mystery channel on YouTube uses?
Just got The Loch on Audible pretty excited to get to this one to see what it's about really hoping for giant crocodiles!
Just finished The Trench, the story was great the narrator was bland.

so, is this presented as non-fiction?

The book is likely interesting, but the trailer is simply embarrassing. The "music" is simply cringeworthy, and the narrators voice is ruined by the tinny recording. I have a ten year old relative who could have engineered a better soundtrack.

I would like to read the book but man is this trailer cheesy! That music is terrible.
