Be careful swimming in freshwater ponds and lakes not to get water up your nose because of the potential for dangerous amoebas during warm weather. 99.999% of the time it's fine so don't worry, just be aware. I'm so glad to see somebody with wholesome content online. You are an inspiration to a lot of young ladies including my daughters, and I appreciate it!

Clear is bad. Means it's a mostly dead lake. Result of acid rain from American pollution. Very common in Northern Ontario.
