The Urf the Manatee was supossed to join the league but how the lore goes, Urf was walking through the river whe Warwick jumped out of nowhere and killed him.He was tested in beta by riot but they decided to not bring him into the league.

Urf the Manatee is real. for some of you players that are new here (maybe) Urf was actually a REAL champion but was discontinued because Warwick "killed him" so to speak and it was officially published by Riot Games Inc. that it should only be released as a skin and not a champion

I used a thing called "SUI" to replace the models, I chipped out the corki using photoshop alphaing, although I made a new version of urf via maya but I haven't gotten a chance to make a v2 of this.
