🇬🇧Mercedes Sprinter Won't Start or Cut out, How to Repair

This a really common fault on the Mercedes Sprinter.
Symptoms appear to be something serious, or out of fuel.
in less than a minute the van is fixed. I hope this helps someone and puts you back on the road.

Thankyou, something to keep my eye on in the future as quite regular having a clumsy labourer in my passenger seat .Infact he knocked the bloody ECU out the brackets last week but plugs all ok .I didn't moan at him though because he got down under my truck in the freezing cold and changed the Alternator for me .

A faulty park neutral switch was problem in our 2017 Mercedes Sprinter (2018 Pleasure Way). It was never diagnosed correctly by Mercedes dealers until I found the dealership in Rocklin California. They fixed it under warranty and we have never had this problem again.

My sprinter in the morning starts straight away, but once engine warms up the and you want to restart it, it won’t start it’ll give you a very hard time to do so .I thought glow plug issues so I change the glow plugs but still I have the same issue any idea what could be Stopping the engine to restart when engine warms up

I've got the same symptoms but the wires are in the right position. It will start but only with ether sprayed into the air intake. Sad 😞

hello code p062900 I have this problem, it doesn't start. I got to a place, turned it off and it doesn't start anymore. I checked the pump and there is no power to the pump, relay and fuses. Everything is fine.
