With us at RFH Classics we have this beautiful 1965 (C) MGB 1.8 Roadster finished in Tartan Red with Black Leather that is piped with a Red Edging. This charming example has come to us from long term previous ownership and a real credit to them. The car was the subject of a very extensive rebuild over a 3 year period around 14 years ago and it is still in fabulous condition today. The exterior paintwork has a deep and lustrous finish and the chrome is virtually perfect. The underside, like the rest of the car is also lovely.

Inside the seats are trimmed in Black Leather that compliment the exterior with a Red Edge Piping. The seats were replaced when the car underwent the restoration work where at the same time they re-trimmed the rest of the interior including new black carpets and a replacement vinyl hood. Under the bonnet the engine was converted to unleaded fuel and is paired with a 4 speed manual gearbox. Turn the key and the engine immediately fires into live with exceptional oil pressure both cold and hot and there is a great sound from the stainless steel exhaust. Correct to the period the car sits in powder coated steel road wheels which have chrome caps. Overall this car offers the opportunity for a new owner to acquire a quintessential British classic ready to enjoy this summer.

Very nice car, I like the steel wheels. They are very narrow; however the GT 1965 steel wheels were a 1 /2 inch wider... FYI.
Air cleaners are far too small, seriously restricts air flow, Replace them with the original cans or K&N.
