Not sure if you’ve seen them, but Motion Pro makes a nice 3/8 drive t-handle spinner. Would make things easier for you when doing all these case bolts.

Awesome video. Thank you for taking the time to record this. When did you put the new gasket on? Did I miss it? I saw you applying the goo and then fit the other engine half! Do you put it over the Hondabond bead? Do you have to put Hondabond goo on the other side as well since the 2 engine halves will sandwich the gasket? I am assuming the purpose of the Hondabond is to better seal the gasket to the metal engine covers, so again assuming you would get a better “seal” if done on both sides, but I am not a mechanic, just a dangerous enthusiast, lol!

Can’t you put the gasket sealer on the other half instead? Or is it not recommended? Can you do a video on splitting the motor

RVT gasket makers recommend hand tightening the bolts on engine cases and waiting an hour then torque to spec, so it doesn't all squish out while it's really wet.
But I don't see it mentioned in the manual, what are your thoughts about that?

Thanks for sharing such astouning video, i've been watching vids about 5 speed over and over lol! Just one thing confuses me is that in takegawa 5 speed manual says it needs aftermarket speed sensor...yet in yours and others' vid says OEM speed sensor could work. Takegawa 5 speed is sooo sweet, but if i have to consider wether i should get it if it has to go with aftermarket speed sensor. Plus, does abs still work aftrer having takegawa 5 speed installed? P.S 2019 gen 2 grom here. Cheers!

I am looking at upgrading my 4 speed to a 5 speed. Does this kit increase the final drive ? Lower rpm in 5th gear or does it just shorten the ratio between gears ?
