• WARNING: Lower DOWN the volume! Contains a very LOUD high-pitched beeping sound!

Saw these before in late 2019 but they weren't working. The door sills and keyhole are very obvious that these were originally Schindler before KONE modernized them with new controllers, door motors (although the existing doors are retained) and KSS 280 fixtures; first time I saw a full height panel of this series. While they've been modernized, the ride wasn't so smooth and they make some excessive noises during the journey. Also for some weird reason it made a very earraping nudge mode beep when I hit the 2nd floor button. They're bottom drive traction and the motor seems to be original, which is probably why the elevator isn't running so smooth.

There is also an original service elevator with S-Series fixtures, suggesting that these elevators used to be S-Series as well. That will be featured in a separate video.

Noticed that this lift for some reason skips level -2 when going up (1:53) but not when going down (1:33)

The beep sound is to warn passengers the door is closing with nudge speed and possibilities of door safety ray malfunctioning. It is a mandatory supervision requirement in new EN81-20 code. In this video there is nobody enter or exit the elevator for consecutive 3 times, then the lift controller might think the safety ray is broken and then use the nudge speed to close the door.
