Bradgate park nursing home (Beacon Lodge)

Beacon Lodge was on Brand Hill in Woodhouse Eaves. It was also called Bradgate Park nursing home when the NHS sold it in 1999 to a private care provider until it closed its doors for the last time in 2006.
Formally known as the Zachery Merton Convalescent Home.
This once beautiful building has now been demolished and a small housing complex built where it once stood.
