The main reason for illegals to file taxes is the benefits and EIC and EITC ( earned income tax credit) the government gives them back cash and every benefit the citizens get (SS, SSI, elderly, poor etc.) this would be on top of the benefits they get as illegal and non citizens, which citizens don't have access to.

All married women go through this.
If you legally change your name, you take the court documents to SSA and the same process happens. No matter gender, no matter marriage status. Facts.

Dear President Trump,
Please enact the 3/5ths rule.
The one that said Non-Citizens do not count toward's a state's population, therefore any state holding Non-Citizens would have fewer Electoral College Votes.
I know what you're going to say.
"The 14th amendment says that all citizens gets equal rights, so former slaves won't be treated as second class citizens!"
This is true, but states like California don'thold former slaves.
They have NON-CITIZENS.
The 3/5th rule was NOT overturned by the 14th Amendment.
It still addresses NON-CITIZENS.
So guess what?
California, which currently has 55 Electoral College Votes, should be reduced to less than 40 BY CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
This would also effect other Democrat Run states, who want to import ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS in some lame attempt to get more votes.
SAY NO!
Then you won't have to deport anyone, because states which hate the idea of losing votes would deport them theirselves.
Anddont' expect to send them to other US states, because nobody elsewould want to lose their Electoral Votes.

I also think people that live on government assistance shouldn't be able to vote because they don't have a stake in the game except for getting freebies. They could care less what happens to our country as long as they keep getting their freebies
