Sweet bike man, great job! Well, thought I found my new motor, but the screw and glue flywheel is a deal breaker for me. I can get intake and exhaust upgrades for what I pay for a flywheel. Love the all black though! Its going on a vintage manco american express. Too bad...now I have to get the ducar 212 and paint it black!

I know im late but all would do is open up the exhaust it is really restrictive keep the governor put on a frame mounted gas tank (motorcycle style) then remove the predator gas tank then with the new spaceyou have in side the frame id look into ways to
To move the air filter to where to predator tank used to be the maybe look into less restrictive air filter
Not the go power sports garbage thing they call an air filter it is just a shaped screen that for all the world looks like that mesh wire on window screens
And will drastically shorten the life of your engine remember if you relocate your air filter you have plenty of options for air filters
I would not change the carb those aftermarket carbs will put you into a postion where you will always be tinkering with the adjustment screws

Homey, that fancy cover is what directs airflow across the entire engine equally. Air comes from the fan underneath the pull cover assembly and is directed by the fancy shield.

Whats the gears you have for the set up

My guess it'll do 45 mph at least with stock driver back on there and ungoverned coil and governor adjusted to get max RPM with governor still intact like I did with my Tillotson 212. Down a hill probably well over 50 mph depending on if you run out of RPM or gearing.

Nice bike. Looks like you are running street tires. Is the bike going to be mainly used for the street? If so I would get the 50 tooth back on it if you are going to keep the Juggernaut on there. And stay with the 10 tooth.

If you put an 8 tooth on there with the 60 tooth it will hit the governor way too soon

Do you have any plans of getting higher than stock RPM out of it?

Predator fits fine just like that but exhaust is high with the riser and needs a pipe to get it away from your leg. Haven't watched entire vid but that coil is RPM limited (like you said) but using a Juggernaut with it won't be good until you are revving about 7k rpm at least which you shouldn't do with that engine IMO without replacing flywheel and rod and springs. I almost got one, maybe I still will eventually. If you leave it stock, you should replace coils and go back to tav2 30 driver, that's what I'd do anyways, and save Juggernaut for built engine.. At least test it with a TAV driver and see the difference. But yeah nice engine!

It's a powerful motor with a lot of value. My Stage 2 from EC straight HONKS. It sounds great unleashed too. I never tested stock top speed....🤔...
