Great review Matt, looks like a great phone. One thing regarding the camera you made mention that it has the highest rating even higher than the S7 Edge and iPhone 7 Plus. DxOMark hasn't reviewed/tested the iPhone 7 Plus yet, just the iPhone 7. I am pretty sure even after it's tested the Pixel will still retain top spot on their list, but just thought I'd make mention of it since DxOMark said they will post their iPhone 7 Plus review/rating soon. Awesome video as always, peace.

Huge bezels, no stereo speakers, no OIS, no water resistance, big price. Come on Google we expected a better phone!

If they'd have come in with a definite S7 Edge killer, I'd have considered buying it straight away. However, in terms of specs, no OIS, no 4k screen, no water resistance and no stand out feature with performance specs to only equal the market, I think i'll be waiting for the S8. I do like the OS though, for me that is probably it's biggest selling point.

I can't wait for your review Matt! I am really interested in upgrading to this phone. Being a dedicated android user, I felt that it was going to be hard to switch to the iphone7 (I was really considering it), but now that the pixel came out, I think I know what my next phone will be. The Samsung Note7 seems like it is a workhorse of a phone, but I think Samsung really lacks on the battery category this go around. (Currently driving the Note3)
