Doesnt the text bar say "text message" when your blocked and it says "iMessage" when your not blocked if your both using iphone ?

My messages don’t say it’s delivered I’m assuming I was blocked… but when I call the person it says that they cancelled the call as if they didn’t block me and they received the call…. Could it be that they’re phone is cut off?

I know she blocked me but the delivered mark came on the message after one week but I’m still blocked.
I don’t understand is it because she unblocked me for a second and the messages got delivered or it just says delivered for no reasons and she still didn’t get the messages ?
