I am a 66 Woman and I remember, in the 1960's and early '70's, watching Our Sisterhood fighting for Our Equal Rights and The Right To Abortion Availability ! I remember the girls that were only 5 or 6 years older than me Burning Their Bras in Protest ! We women have had to Fight for Every single Right that we have and THEY'RE TAKING THEM ALL AWAY ! I’m a 55 year old female. I saw first hand girls who became pregnant in high school and couldn’t get the support they needed for abortions or the support they needed if they wanted to keep their “oops” babies. Girls who didn’t even know how babies were conceived because no one talked about it. No one told us how to protect ourselves from “bad men.” We who fought “the good ol’ boy club” also everyday in corporate America and suffered at the hands of misogynistic men. Women suffered from losing their jobs if they said anything about sexual harassment in the workplace. We fought and fought. Now I plead to those young women now…keep fighting. What generations of women fought to get has now been taken away and I’m mad as hell about it. Don’t let anyone take your rights away. Vote Blue…not just for President Biden but for the new Supreme Court Judges that the Blue can bring into power. Please and thank you Seneca project. My grandmother was a suffragette… who thought 100 years later we have to do it all again.
