Staying healthy is so important because it'll hit you hard when you get older. Exercising and eating healthy is so important. My dad looks like 15 years younger than he is. His brother looks like 10 years older than he is because he drinks, smokes, doesn't eat healthy, and doesn't exercise. And my dad is only one year younger than his brother. So I do my best to take my dad's advice.

The chamomile smells amazing once it starts drying. Fun fact you can hang dry them once you are ready to switch them out. You can make some homemade chamomile tea. Add a bit of honey and it’s so yummy!
