Stan's mom brings home Kentucky Fried Chicken. While everybody else helps to bring the groceries inside, Cartman eats all the skin off the chicken.

INT. STAN'S HOUSE - KITCHEN - NIGHT
The boys are at the kitchen table, impatiently waiting for something in PLAIN SHIRTS (no coats).
STAN
Dude... Where is she? I can't wait.
KYLE
God, this is gonna be SOOO yummy!
CARTMAN
Stan, you said your mom was bringing Kentucky Fried Chicken home for dinner! Now Is she or isn't she?!
Stan's mom comes in the kitchen door, wearing a long coat with a bucket of colonel and a white plastic bag of sides.
STAN'S MOM
Hi boys...
STAN
MOM!
KYLE
She's here!
CARTMAN
SHE'S GOT COLONEL!!!
Mom walks over and tiredly puts the bucket and bag down on the table. The boys swarm all around it, and tear off the lid.
BOYS
OH BOY!/I WANT A BREAST!/IT'S EXTRA CRISPY RIGHT!
STAN'S MOM
Ahp, ahp, not so fast! You boys can help bring in the other groceries in the car THEN have your chicken.
BOYS
AWWW!
STAN
But mom we've been waiting for hours!
STAN'S MOM
It won't take a minute!
REVERSE to show Cartman getting down off his chair like he's going to the car.
CARTMAN
Come on guys. If we all help out we can do it super fast.
STAN
(getting down)
Alright.
KYLE
Let's go.
The boys walk toward camera (towards the door)
KYLE (CONT'D)
Oh my GOD that smells good!
But Cartman has stayed behind. When he sees they are gone, he turns around and rushes back to the table, stands on a chair and digs into the chicken.
He takes out a breast, pulls off the skin and eats it. Then takes out another breast, pulls off the skin and eats it.
CARTMAN
(eating sounds)
Cut to the door, where the three boys walk in from the garage with grocery bags. They take them over to Stan's mom at the refrigerator.
STAN
Okay, this is everything, mom.
The boys drop their bags on the floor by the refrigerator.
Then cut back to the WIDE, where Cartman has a huge pile of de-skinned chicken sitting on a plate, as he takes the skin of the last piece and eats it.
CARTMAN
(eating sounds)
KYLE
ALRIGHT LET'S EAT COLONEL!!!
The boys get over to the table, just as Cartman is getting down.
STAN
Oh boy!
Boys POV - The plate of Chicken with most of the skin missing.
STAN (CONT'D)
Cartman... YOU ATE THE SKIN OFF OF EVERY PIECE OF CHICKEN!!!
CARTMAN
(turning)
Wul, I saved you all the chicken part.
(burps)
KYLE
The skins the... best part.
Cartman grabs his coat and starts to put it on.
CARTMAN
(putting on coat)
Well, I gotta get home, guys. I'm gonna sit on the toilet and read comic books. See you at the bus stop tomorrow.
Cartman walks out the door.
The boys just sit there... Staring at the skinless chicken.
Finally, Kenny starts to Cry.
KENNY
(crying)

This might be the one thing Cartman has done that beats his previous worst act of killing and feeding Scott Tenorman’s parents to him and making him cry in front of Radiohead.

In the commentary Matt and Trey said they had almost the whole episode done early in the week. They just didn't know what awful thing Cartman would do to piss everyone off. Then one day the staff was eating KFC and someone said how much would it suck if someone ate all the skin, and the rest is history.

When you realize that Kenny is so poor that he cant even eat KFC, but his one opportunity to enjoy some was taken away just like that
