The Astor range of pianos are Korean made. Built in the very prestigious Young Chang piano factory,
who make many pianos for other equally well known brands. Using quality parts, European Solid spruce soundboards,
quality strings and quality felt hammers. The PE-9 model is a compact modern case,
which would fit into many modern homes very elegantly , with a small footprint and not looking too imposing.
The piano has 3 pedals , the middle pedal being a "Celeste" practice pedal for quieter evening practice.
The action is very responsive and nice to play, and the piano has a beautiful rich tone.

The piano is used , it has a serial number of 2039985 which is approx 1996.
The mahogany cabinet has a couple of dinks in the Laquer finish.
On the top lid of the piano there is a mark to the right on the front edge and a mark just to the back of the lid.
On the key cover lid there is a mark on the left hand side ( see photos). The piano has been regularly tuned and plays very well indeed.
