Dalots form could have suffered because he has been playing out of position almost most of season but he hasn't complained he has put the team 1st playing where he has been needed so its hard to find consistency when you are constantly playing in different positions interacting with different players so its hard to create understand like Neville & Beckham had he will improve when he is playing in a settled position hopefully on the right which is his best side

I look at it like this. Champions take sacrifice and hard work. Our lads have yet to find that gear. Amad and Rasmus are the future and they’re hungry to be champions. To be the best. So long as the lads are not coming to physical blows with one another then they can scream all they want. Spittle flying and all I don’t care. I want the old days back where we had an ass kicker for a manager BUT we had players that upheld the manager and his philosophy on the pitch to kick some ass when needed. I love united. I think a performance based structure for salaries will do us well I think. It’s individual performance and Manchester United performance that we need to factor in. The same gets applied to all jobs; why not here.. and have a way of revising compensation every year. We will have a problem initially but hopefully we will get a good set of few youngsters in for the future. It’s corporateish but we’ve let people build brands bigger than United and it’s really hurting us. So why not put the brakes, change the engine room and restart properly.
