if you can earn 20 lakhs per annum, you are already in the top 1% of India. If you compare it (considering PPP), you are still in the top 15%-20% of Canada and the USA.

So yea you are doing quite good if you earn anywhere around that number.

also remember, no matter how much money you make, there is always someone who makes more than you.

so the best thing to do is see how happy and content you are irrespective of what your friends or cousins are doing.

so in your opinion, if you are really in a "good" place, mentally, physically, in relationships, financially, spiritually, then you are doing superbly you don't really need to be rich..to be happy. once you become rich but dont have other factors of life fulfilled you will really understand money is important, but not the primary factor that defines success

Becoming tennis superstar isnt about infrastructure alone buddy look at who wins the medals for India at the olympics its the rural kids look at our hockey teams our rugby teams our even expensive sports like regatta do you find any kid of IIM grad ?pv sindhu is one of the richest female sportspersons in the world pretty sure kids of many iim grads would have played badminton neeraj is from a rural area success in sports depends on many things and people who do well get sponsorships
