I love the way you choose your books. And usually the books that we like they like too. I always think of "A Christmas Carol" as an option for Christmas but haven't committed to reading it because I wonder if it's too acary for my littlw girl, but that is a great idea to read early in the day. Thank you for sharing that! 🙏☺️

Oh goodness, yes!!! I have tried to read Tale of Despereaux twice and I just can’t even get too far into it. The themes of abandonment and abuse are just way too much for me, let alone for me three kids who are ages 4, 6, and 8.

We enjoyed Stuart Little the least of the three main E. B. White books. Charlotte’s Web and Trumpet of the Swan were our favorites. Thank you for sharing your list! What a great year of reading you will all have! ❤
