I found a perfect 85 s10 dash, son and I pulled it . They wanted to charge me extra for, gauge cluster, vents, glove box door, bezel, heater controls, that is how they make money . Had one on a rear end wanted to charge me extra for wheel studs and diff cover . Most times if a big block is coming in they are sold before they even got the yard . Love the truck keep up the work .

In Yuma the junk yards are a complete rip off (we don’t have any self service yards). They think all their stuff is new. I have to drive to San Diego or Phoenix for a reasonable priced self serve yard. I have found the Pull N Save yards are way out of line. I also drove by a LKQ in Casa Grande but it isn’t listed on their web site or on the app, not sure if you can go there and yank parts or if is for online sales.

Sorry too here that the bell housing wasn't the right one . I can see it in your eyes you wanted too throw it . And wen there is a good deal it never works in are favor bro. So now you have too spend more money and more of your time . Dame I don't have patience like that lol. But it's great too see that you are working on the s10 again. Can't wait for the next video 🤙

Yup same here in NM. Found some fenders for my 87 and they wanted a grip for them. So I gave up on Junkyards as well. Plenty of S10 squares sitting in yards around here but NOT for sale as usual.

That bellhousing is made for Number:SUM-700405 aftermarket case. They should make it more clear in the description.

there’s a few different style pumps for the th400’s. they all have a different amount of bolts & they’re all in a different location. you gotta make sure to buy the bell housing for the pump your transmission has so the bolt holes line up right

The leak gets worse as it sits because the converter it dumping fluid back into the pan as it settles. Common on TH transmissions. Raise fluid level in pan.
