I'm starting to realised that it is marketing costs that make expensive fragrances expensive. When Jo Malone did fragrances for Zara, they were much better than Estee creations after her left.

I used to have Cool Water back in the 90's. I miss it. Would be great for the blue SOTD today for Pride theme week.
My newest cheapy love for summer is Trussardi Donna EDT. Have been head over heels for it since I bought it a week or two ago! Now, I want to try the EDP.

Davidoff Cool Water - Sea Rose is a favourite of mine for summer, as well as the EA Green Tea. The majority of my summer fragrances are much less expensive than my cool weather fragrances.

One of the earlier fragrances I wore often - from like age 25-30 was L'Eau d'Issey...I STILL think it is a pleasing, watery, probably best for springtime but you could wear in summer fragrance and you can get in a big bottle for around $20 now!

Ha! I *just* bought A Scent today after trying on Chanel Cristalle edt and fell in LOVE. Nothing like I expected. I can’t find Cristalle brand new at a reputable retailer, so I ordered what many on Fragrantica say smells very similar. Sounds like even if it’s not the same, it’s still very lovely.

For a little more you can find testers and 2d hand bottles of Les jardins by Hermes which I find gorgeous for hot days. And I really want to try Calyx from Clinique and Oxygene by Lanvin, which I think can be found for cheap
