For the first time in a few years I'm actually optimistic about this years Red Bulls. Looks like we have two effective strikers (Burke, Vanzeir) instead of zero. That first goal was created by Burke running effectively at the back line and drawing in four defenders. Nice finish by Luquinhas, but the goal belongs mostly to Burke.

See what happens when you invest money in a quality striker? You get goals! Who would’ve thought that the Red Bulls would ever understand this message before 2023? It seemed like the Red Bulls forgot what “spending money” was over the past few seasons. Still, great to get our first win. I’m glad that Tolkin’s cross found Dante and not Barlow, otherwise that ball would’ve ended up in the upper deck. Wonder if Struber still needs “more time” to determine whether or not Dante is ready after tonight. If he isn’t starting on the road in Charlotte next week, we riot.

At this point both the NYCFC and Redbulls should play their games in the same stadium, that way at least they'll be able to fill half of the stadium for the first time.

Honestly Columbus Crew defense is awful and it's surprising how they don't fix it it's tells you a lot when Eloy Room you're keeper wins defender of the year for your club the past 2 seasons they invest everything into the attack

Tim Ford with a phenomenal bit of reffing in these highlights. He was within 10 yards on almost every single major incident and pulled the cards quickly and decisively!
