Jackson was gone after the turn, Gabby could not keep up with her, in the end both americans got the Silver and Bronze medals. Thomas was about three steps behind Jackson and one an a half ahead of Sha´carrie.

just gotta say this world athletics hasn't been promoted at all. been watching it at work and not a single person was aware its on, although loads have sat and watched it with me. there's always a huge amount of casual interest in athletics, but i've not seen it shown anywhere. suppose the landscape is different in terms of television and how people consume media. but even online official coverage is lean and sparse
