Can literally take like 2/3's of your health if he has rage and counters your attack, which isn't a rare situation.

well i think paul is the best character, he has so many good moves like hes back 2 who crumbles opponent on counter hit, hes backdash moves are super good, he has throws that could smash your opponent to a breakable wall for more juggling and of course hes phoenix smasher.

Really? Damn, I'm still practising Lars's ISW in a direct bound and believe me, it's hard as hell. And don't get me started on Hwoarang with his 4 stances and 180 moves. I don't know how nullstein remembers what to do with him, I sure don't know jack how Hwoarang works.

During Tekken's heyday, he was stupid (lolsafeonblockdeathfist). Nowadays, he has to be much more careful as a lot of his attacks leave him open for punishment when they don't make their mark, especially the deathfist which can be punished by an EWGF at worst.

And on top of that, he's one of the most linear characters in the game, with little to no tracking in his attacks and his homing moves being slow, meaning that he's easier to sidestep than the rest of the cast.

So no, Paul ain't broken.
