Main (inside) screen stopped working on my gf's flip6 out of the blue. Outside cover screen still worked. Doing the forced restart fixed the inside screen. Thanks for this video!

The forced restart doesn't do anything anymore. The inner screen stays black, while the cover screen restarts

I got the same issue. Restarted it a few times and its not coming on main screen, only outer screen. I suspect it could have also something to do with the last software update.

Only had my Z6 for 2 months and the black screen showed up. Your fix worked for one day and screen went out again.
All the tapping and messaging has not helped fix the screen.
Spectrum is sending me a new replacement. Wondering how long the new one will work before same problem again.
Really love the phone but am now gun shy about it.

Almost the same but not, inside screen sometimes turns on but is unresponsive to touch, when it's folded or unfolding, phone will restart, anyone on the same situation? Trying to backup the phone before taking it to Samsung

My inside screen display still gives me a black screen of death. Very disappointed of zFlip 6 after less than one month of usage. I need a phone so just got myself a brand new Samsung S24+, made an appointment with Samsung to get my zflip6. If fixable I would resell it. So sad for this experience. 😢

Thank you. The tapping method worked for me. I got this phone e months ago and this issue reared its ugly head. Samsung then VOIDED THE WARRANTY AND REFUSED REPAIR due to non existent damage to the phone. I’ll never buy another Samsung product again!
